Don’t provide undue protection when a child makes mistakes. If at fault point it out to them. Over protection spoils the child.

Give children encouragement, they will gain confidence, they will perform better.

Children are very delicate by nature, one needs to handle children very carefully, and if they make a mistake somewhere explain how and why it has gone wrong. Be patient with them. Explain to them the consequences of wrong actions, as also guidance for not repeating the same.
