Weaving Habits
By Catherine Pulsifer
The quote, "Habit is a cable; we weave a thread of it every day, and at last we cannot break it", written by Horace Mann, is one that reminds us of habits we all have.
What habits are you weaving every day?
What are you weaving that will be difficult to break?
Look closely at your daily activities for part of the answer.
Do your habits support what you want to become, or do they form unnecessary roadblocks that prevent you from becoming what you want.
We can all choose the habits we want. They can be very productive, or they can be unproductive.
For example, what about the person who comes home every day and sits and watches TV until bedtime. Will watching TV develop habits that moves them closer to their goals?
Are you weaving good habits?
