23 Acknowledgement Quotes

Acknowledgement is similar to acceptance and it’s a hugely powerful concept for self improvement. If you don’t ‘see’ or acknowledge something – for good or bad – it’s almost as if it doesn’t exist to us. In our minds, that’s actually much more accurate than we’d like to admit! Did you know that there’s a dedicated area of the brain called the reticular activating system (RAS), which is designed to filter out brain ‘noise’ (too much information)? It’s a part of the human brain that helps us hone in on things that we want and ignore the rest. A good example of the RAS in action would be when you’ve started looking for a new car – and you begin to see that exact same model wherever you go! You never ‘saw’ those cars before… it’s like they started to appear! But of course, it was that now your brain is now tuned in and looking for them (at first I was blind, but now I see!) That’s your brain at work, working towards the things you want.

Acknowledging those things that are holding us back, is to see things more clearly and accept responsibility for the outcomes in our lives. Taking on responsibility is the BEST way to move forward on our journey through life; to truly acknowledge and adapt our behavior, on our road to success! I hope you enjoy these Acknowledgement Quotes and that they propel you forward to be true and honest with yourself today.
