Positive Thought for The Day

I can remember one day at work, I was so frustrated by a situation. I stopped and pulled out a book of positive thoughts that someone had given me as a gift. I randomly opened a page of the book and read that positive thought. What a difference it made, it made me stop and realize the situation I was facing was not impossible. Since that day, everyday I try and journal an experience I have had, and when I write I try and look for the good in the experience. It truly changes your attitude. Sometimes just reading an inspirational quote and a short paragraph helps me see the positive in the situation. Sometimes, as your day progress you just need to take a break. Take a mental break and read our short daily message of inspiration.
