You can use me for acquiring a job.
You can use me to get into trouble but I’d rather stay the course and take you to preferred endings.
I can do whatever you might decide because I am at your command, or you can manage me but must at times take a firm hand to make me do what it right, or you can use me for profit or to go down the road to failure.
I am at your command.

That’s it in a nutshell. Your habits are yours to use, control, grow, or ignore. They can lead you to do all things you want or you can develop habits that will cause you grief. A habit is something that you develop to move you in the direction you want and most habits can be learned, broken or left as they are.
A lot of people have habits that they do not recognize they have, and even when alerted, some prefer not to enter the path for change. These habits can be as obvious as the head on your shoulders but are ignored.
Take the habit of always seeing everything from a pessimistic view. Your habit is to stay stuck on a problem, or blame everyone else for your own troubles, or to use every excuse imaginable to prevent you from taking responsibility.
The Good Thing
The good thing about habits is that you can change them if you want to. But, be aware, you cannot change a habit unless you first know about it. So, if someone actually tells you about a certain habit, don’t just push them away thinking they do not know that of which they speak. Now that you know about a habit that is getting you know where, you are the one who must decide if you want to change it or develop a new habit. Then, if you really decide to make a choice to develop a new habit, you must push yourself hard to adopt a new habit. You must be ready to repeat, repeat, and repeat again and again or you will have little chance of possessing a new habit.
Some habits are much harder to break than others but you must first have a new habit in your mind before you can even try to attempt to destroy the old.
The hardest of habits to change are those that you are unaware of – for example, a negative attitude that penetrates most or all of your thinking. A negative or pessimistic persona tends to drive people away from you that are positive and solution oriented and you are left with the commonality of other negative thinkers as associates or friends. All you will ever get from these kinds of acquaintances is more of the same pessimistic thinking and with no way to develop a positive attitude.
Hard To Change
The hardest thing for you to do is to change your friends and acquaintances, or for that matter, those that are really close to you. This may mean that for the time it takes you to develop a new habit that is fully engrained into your mind that you distant yourself from those who are negative thinkers, those who do not openly and genuinely support your new vision of what you want to be.
You can do it if you really desire it – do not give up even if you should falter at times.
