Dynamite or Dynamic
Author: Byron Pulsifer, ©2012
There is one thing about dynamite – it certainly makes itself noticed when it goes boom. Have you ever wanted to be seen as dynamite when you walk into a room, or to be known as the one who created a huge noise?
A Big Difference
There is obviously a big difference between dynamite and being dynamic. Dynamite can create a big bang but do you really need to be more of a bang than really contributing to changes in a quiet way?
Be Dynamic
You can be dynamic with just knowing that you are making a difference that helps change something for the better. You do not have to be seen or heard as a dynamite person to be able to make a difference in the world. The positive change one can make only needs to change anything that surrounds your life. Each small change you make adds up over time just like you would make daily movement to advance your own life.
Great People
So, do not think that you need to go around and shout and draw attention to yourself just because you want to be seen as a great person. Great people go about their business quietly and unassumingly and do what they have to do, want to do, and contribute to the betterment of everyone around them without the need to be heard or seen.
Everyone has an opportunity or a chance to make just a little change or contribution to help the world become a better place. Do not hesitate to make your own contribution. The difference between dynamite and dynamic is not as big as you may at first thought.
Purpose of Life
The purpose in life is to be compassionate and move the yardsticks a step at a time. If your purpose is to make the biggest splash possible so that everyone notices you, you have not understood the true purpose of contributing to the woes of the world.
