77 Gratitude Quotes
One of the most beneficial daily rituals that I’ve discovered is to keep a daily journal and start and end the day with ‘3 things I’m thankful for’. This is a psychologically proven method for getting rid of self-pity, resentment and anxiety. If you’re thankful for things, the more you notice the good as it enters your life. The more you notice the good in your life, the better life seems to be. It’s like the old saying – ‘You’re happy because you sing and you sing because you’re happy’.
So, I hope these Gratitude Quotes help get you into a frame of mind of thanks and appreciation for all that you have and for the people who encourage and inspire you. I hope they help you form the habit of an Attitude of Gratitude!
