Born in Florida, Mo, US, Mark Twain’s true name was Samual Langhorne Clemens. He wrote many excellent books, many of which are considered classics. To name only a few The Adventures of Tom Sawyer, A Tramp Abroad, The Prince and the Pauper, Life on the Mississippi, A Connecticut Yankee in King Arthur’s Court, and a true classic, The Adventures of Huckleberry Finn.
